These terms (the “Return & Refund Policy”) explain how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on our website.
The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to STYLI.
By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the terms set forth below.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services or make a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items damaged, soiled, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Custom-made, final sale, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or sent in error.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sirauaeofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for return (and photos if applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and the shipping address.

Please note:

  • Returned packages must be sent via a trackable shipping service.

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transit.

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
In cases where STYLI is at fault (defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping cost as per the instructions provided by our support team.


5. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are carefully inspected upon receipt.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, missing packaging, or not matching the return request), the refund will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.


6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error or defect attributable to STYLI.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
    If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact sirauaeofficial@gmail.com.


7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund, including shipping costs, or

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for reimbursement.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the standard return procedure.


10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Underwear, swimwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or “final sale” items


11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take additional days).

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at sirauaeofficial@gmail.com with your order reference.


12. Legal Compliance

This Return & Refund Policy complies with consumer protection regulations applicable in the European Union and the United States.
Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected by this policy.


13. Amendments

STYLI reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
